The Prayer of Jesus
“Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they’re doing.” Luke 23:34
Jesus asked for mercy and forgiveness for those who crucified Him. Are you able to pray for the people who cause you pain? A true pathway to a peaceful heart is to ask God for help in showing compassion to your adversaries.
Loving God, lead me to be a vessel of Your healing in the hurting world. Help me make a difference here on earth by loving people the way that You love them.
