Day 22 - Be Merry, Today & Every Day
"But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, He saved us, not because of deeds done by us in righteousness, but in virtue of His own mercy. Titus 3:4-5
Christmas is the culmination of the preparations—the buying, the baking, the wrapping, the planning. But it’s more...much more. It is the advent of our Savior, the arrival of the One who came to save us. God’s mercy became corporeal in the flesh of His Son. As you prepare to celebrate Christmas, take a moment to ponder God’s mercy and send a prayer of gratitude. It is the real reason Christmas is merry!
