Day 22 - Forgive
But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:44-45
Make a list of all the people who have hurt and mistreated you. Then pray for each by name and sincerely practice forgiving each one. Ask the Lord to bless them. Tell Him that you want to mean this. Speak kindly about these people to others. In time, this will break down many barriers, but even if it doesn’t, the healing you experience will be amazing. Look to your heart and ask God to help you forgive.
