This is the resting place, let the weary rest…. This is the place of repose. Isaiah 28:12
After a busy day or in the midst of challenging times, stop and say the above verse. Say the words slowly, emphasizing their quiet melody. This is the resting place. At the same time visualize peace, rest and renewal coming to you.
