Day 23 - Depend on Christ
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13
If you feel depressed by situations, the above verse will remind you that you don't need to depend solely on your own strength. Christ is with you and is giving you all the help you need. Teach yourself to believe that through Christ's help you can do all things. As you make this affirmation, you will actually experience Christ's help. You will find yourself meeting problems with new force. Ask God to help you carry your heavy burdens with ease.
